CORBETT — The Crown Point Country Museum opened its doors this March to a rural community of only a few thousand. The log cabin-inspired building is 3,500 square feet, tucked away not far from the Portland Women’s Forums and the Crown Point Vista House.

The museum is a project of the Crown Point Historical Society (CPHS), which was established in 1970. For years, the group has tried to establish a hub to showcase their town’s unique, rich history with community members and visitors alike.
