Children’s Theatre Auditions

Nov. 28-29, 4 p.m. — Open auditions at The Dalles Civic Auditiorium for spring performance of “Peter Pan” for kids 8-13; children should be prepared to tell judges about themselves, give a 1-2 minute monologue, sing a short song (no accompaniment, one verse), answer a question from a panel and echo back music notes.
The program is 12 weeks with rehearsals beginning in January. Rehearsals will be held every Sunday from 1-4 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-6 p.m.; performances will be March 1, 2, 8 and 10. The program cost is $100 per child, with scholarships available.
