LYLE — Lyle Lions Club hosts breakfast on the first Saturday of each month, with the next planned for April 6 at the Lyle Lions Community center, Fifth and State Street, from 7-10 a.m. The menu includes omelets and ham and eggs cooked to order, as well as endless pancakes.

Cost is $10 for adults, $5 ages 6-12 and free for those 5 and under. Proceeds from the breakfasts are used for eyeglasses and hearing aids, low income assistance, the Christmas basket project and scholarships for graduating seniors at Lyle High School.
