The Skamania County Sheriff's Office regularly responds to businesses with activated alarms and/or unlawful entry/open door situations. We often run into having expired employee/responsible contact information logged at the Sheriff's Office. It is imperative businesses update their contact list with the Sheriff's Office regularly in order for our patrol members to make contact in these situations. If we are unable to make contact in a timely manner, it could mean we leave a business unsecured (which we never want to do).
