A guided moonlight walk for families is being offered by the Discovery Center and Museum Sunday, Sept. 30 at 7:00 p.m.

The moonlight walk will include occasional stops for interpretation inspired by stars, planets, nocturnal wildlife, and the sights and sounds of commerce. "It's a wonderful way to share another aspect of nature with our guests," said Steve Rice, school programs coordinator at the center. "People are used to exploring nature during daylight hours. It's exciting for us to be able to share the night time environment."
