Three down, one to go

The third quarter of the school year was recently completed -- three down and one to go! With the end of another term came the release of names of those students earning honor roll recognition. Third quarter honorees include: seventh grader: Jake Keithly; eighth graders: Kaylene Tyndall, Dustin Jones and Mariah Smith; freshmen: Brian Langfield, Amy Keithly and Audrey Hill; sophomore: Neola Putnam; juniors: Jimmy Smith, Jennifer Bryan, Dave'y Lumley, Devin Dean, Tim Kuhnhausen and Georgie Kokos (every student in the junior class)!; seniors: Nathan Eaves and Anthony Settler. Congratulations to each of the students for their hard work and honor roll designation!

The 2007 Glenwood High School prom court was announced on Monday. Attendants include: Jennifer Bryan and Jimmie Smith; Dave'y Lumley and Devin Dean; Allison Skahan and Nathan Eaves; and Georgie Kokos and Tim Kuhnhausen. The king and queen will be announced during the prom Saturday April 28 at the Hood River Elks Lodge. Prom goers will be dancing to the theme "Reflections of Romance" from 7 to 11 p.m. Have a fun and safe evening everyone!

Condolences are extended to Darren Jones and his family on the recent loss of Darren's dad and Elizabeth's grandmother. Our thoughts are with the Jones family.
