Museum to host parking lot sale

Got some things to get rid of? Spaces are available for $10. Clean out the garage, including all those closets and drawers stuffed with things you can't remember the last time using. Bring your own table and chairs or rent them from the museum for $10. Set up begins at 8 a.m.

Hot dogs, drinks, popcorn and nachos will be available to cure the munchies.

"I believe this is the last local community-wide garage sale of the summer, so don't miss it," said Jim Price, president of the historical society. "If you watch Antiques Road Show, it is not uncommon to discover a real treasure at a garage sale. You just never know."
