The public is invited to join reflexologist Avery Hoyt of Strawberry Mountain Healing for the introductory workshop "Reflexology: Hands and Ears" at the White Salmon Valley Community Library on Friday, Oct. 14, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

During the two hour class, Hoyt will give a brief history and description of the practice of reflexology, followed by a demonstration of basic exercises in ear and hand reflexology for attendees to practice.
