Klickitat Public Utility District Board of Commissioners voted a 61.4 percent rebate on electric bills in December.

Previously, payments that were made by KPUD to the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) were sent on to the private power companies. Public power disagreed with how these payments were calculated and sued BPA.
