When I subscribed to TD Chronicle I did so under the pretense that it was a real newspaper that served our town in a fair and unbiased manner. After reading this weekend’s op-ed “Focus on future leadership, not Gov. Brown” by Mark Gibson, editor, I would like a full refund of my subscription.

It was unprofessional for Gibson, as a journalist/editor, to print his opinion of Governor Brown.

Christie Clarke and her company The Perfect Pour provide professional bartending services at weddings and rehearsal dinners, as well as fundraising events and corporate and private parties in the Gorge.

LEOS continue to collect those bottles and cans that have a five cent refund value in the Rosauers parking lot the first Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The student service group receives about 10,000 donated water, pop and beer containers per month — that’s $500 when they get the nickel refund for each bottle and can — but they would appreciate more.
