The 67th annual Ketchum Kalf Rodeo busts out of the chute Saturday afternoon, kicking off two days of Northwest Professional Rodeo Association-sanctioned action at the Glenwood Rodeo Grounds.
Shows start at 1 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. General admission is $7 per day; children 12 and under get in for $2. Camping and parking spots are available on and around the rodeo grounds.
Rodeo events each day will include sections of bareback bronc riding, bull riding, breakaway calf roping, team roping, cow milking, barrel racing and steer wrestling.
Saturday night, from 8 to midnight, the Glenwood Rodeo Dance will feature the music of local country music favorite Les Richardson's R&R Country. Admission is $5.
Sunday morning, the Glenwood Homemakers will put on a Cowboy Breakfast from 6:30 to 10 at the school. A rodeo parade follows, starting at 11 in downtown Glenwood.
