Radio Tierra and Columbia Center for the Arts are proud to present the live radio broadcast of Independence Eve at the Bingen Theater, July 3, 7 to 9 p.m. featuring the music of the “Columbiaires” of “It’s a Wonderful Life” fame, singer/songwriter Alonza Garbanzo, Mariachi Los Temerosos De Juan Antonio, Harmony of the Gorge, the poetry of William Stafford, Tongue Twisters with Kirby Neuman Rae, and much, much more.
Celebrate America and its rich cultural diversity with the best-remembered songs from throughout the decades.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from D’lish D’livered.
During the evening there will be a special collection of donations for the WGAP Food Bank, Nepal Relief, and Oregon Trail Transitional Living.
Tickets are $15 adults, $10 children under 12 at Waucoma Bookstore and Columbia Center for the Arts in Hood River, the White Salmon Baking Company , online at www.columbiaarts.org — and at the Bingen Theater door, 210 Main, Bingen, on the day of the event, July 3.
Doors open at 6 p.m. for food and drink. Live broadcast on KZAS-FM, 95.1, starts at 7 p.m.
