This two-story, 23,286-square-foot building being built on Lot 10 on Bingen Point will house Zepher, Inc., operations. Zepher, currently located at 920 E. Steuben St. in Bingen, is a contract manufacturer serving the aerospace, defense, and commercial industries. Now in its 10th year, Zepher offers a growing range of engineering, mechanical assembly, and project management services. More than 15,000 square feet will be used for manufacturing. The remainder will be used for administrative functions.
