The Bruins pinned a 39-21 loss on the La Center Wild-cats in the first round of wrestling, then edged the Kalama Chinooks, 32-30, in the second.
The four-team meet in Miller Gym featured two mats; CHS and Stevenson served as the anchor teams on those mats.
Fletcher Andrews (132) and James Bell (138) both won two matches by fall, while Eli Bell (120) scored minor decisions in his two bouts.
Miguel Lemmon (145) and Alex Medina (220) each went 1-1 on the evening, while Myles Moon was victorious in his return from a football injury that sidelined him for all of December.
Moon scored a key five points against Kalama as he defeated J.J. Davidson by technical fall, 22-7, in a spirited 126-pound match. He earlier had stepped on a competition mat for the first time since last winter to receive a forfeit against La Center.

Kalama took the lead at 24-18 when Carl Hausserman earned a pin against CHS’s Paul “Bubbba” Demchuk midway through the third period of a hard-fought 195-pound match.
Medina tied things up when he put Arthur Olinger down for the count in the first period with only four ticks left on the clock.
