Police responded to the 300 block of West 2nd Street Thursday morning after a business owner advised some items were damaged in the restroom. The incident was logged.
Evan Ray Berger, 30, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday afternoon in the 300 block of West 2nd Street and is accused of first-degree criminal trespass.
Police responded to the 2200 block of West 13th Street Thursday evening after a caller reported a domestic dispute at a residence. Contact was made with the involved parties who denied having any sort of altercation.
Police responded to the 2100 block of West 10th Street Thursday evening after a caller reported her husband shoved her daughter. Contact was made with the involved subjects who did not wish to pursue any charges.
Michael David Shinnick, 44, The Dalles, was arrested Thursday evening in the 1100 block of West 9th Street and is accused of parole violation.
Wasco County
A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday morning from Maupin after a victim reported someone attempted to steal his vehicle and damaged the ignition.
A death report was taken Thursday afternoon from Maupin after an elderly male patient passed away while on an ambulance. Nothing suspicious regarding the death.
Wayne Alan Ross, 47, Maupin, was arrested Thursday evening in the 52000 block of Reservation Road and is accused of second-degree assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, first-degree criminal mischief and violation of a restraining order.
