An informational report was taken Thursday morning from a location undisclosed by the department after a subject wanted to report an incident of witness tampering.
A theft of services report was taken Thursday morning the 300 block of Court Street.
A contempt of court report was taken Thursday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported a restraining order violation.
A first-degree animal neglect report was taken Thursday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department.
A theft report was taken Thursday evening at the police station after a victim reported her campsite had some items taken near Riverfront Park.
Johnnie Joe Catlin, 30, 913 Pomona St. Unit B was arrested Thursday evening in his home on a circuit court warrant for second-degree failure to appear. He is also accused of third-
degree theft. Ellen Roberta Wood, 43, 913 Pomona St. Unit B, was also arrested and is accused of probation violation.
A criminal mischief report was taken Thursday evening from the 2700 block of West 7th Street after a victim reported a male suspect broke his vehicle window and fled the area.
An assault report was taken Thursday evening from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported her boyfriend hit her a few days prior and has now stolen some items from her home.
Andy Steven Nachtmann, 60, Kennewick, Wash., was arrested early Friday morning during a traffic stop on West 6th and Cherry Heights streets and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Wasco County
Dustyn Jerome Confer, 23, 941 Irvine St., was arrested Thursday afternoon in his home on a municipal court warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
A burglary report was taken Thursday afternoon from a location undisclosed by the department after a victim reported his camper was broken into and had some items stolen.
