MINT makes drug arrest

THE DALLES — Law enforcement seized drug paraphernalia and arrested one person during a judicial warrant in The Dalles May 28, they announced.

The warrant was served by the Mid-Columbia Interagency Narcotics Team (MINT), with officers from The Dalles, and county deputies from Wasco and Hood River.

Items seized included two firearms, cocaine and scales. An adult male person was lodged at NORCOR on charges of delivering a controlled substance, with other charges under evaluation. They are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
