It’s time to take the family over to Parkdale Elementary School this Friday, March 13, to enjoy all the fun and games, not to mention good food, at the annual carnival fundraiser sponsored by the Parkdale PTO.

Upper valley residents packed the house at the fundraiser dinner at Solera Brewery on Wednesday, Feb. 11 to support Parkdale resident Cedar and the effort to build him a home.

The Wizard of Oz will be performed at Parkdale Elementary School on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 3:30 p.m. and 5 p.m.

For the last several years, the Parkdale Grange ladies have been baking up more than just blueberry muffins on Veteran’s Day.

The Board of Directors of the Mt. Hood Town Hall is looking for someone who is interested in keeping a piece of history in exchange for a donation.

If you’ve been wondering what to do now that the kids are back in school, how about spending some time getting in shape with classes at the Mt. Hood Town Hall?

The Parkdale Garden Club is hosting this year’s annual Hood River District meeting on Saturday, April 26, at 9 a.m. at the Parkdale Grange Hall, and anyone in the community who is interested in the garden club is welcome to come to the free event.

The Mt. Hood Town Hall’s Enchanted Evening fundraiser was a huge success thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the event, put it on or who donated items.

Fundraisers are what help keep the lights on and the water running at event centers in the upper valley community.

This Friday, March 8, from 5:30-8 p.m., Parkdale Elementary School students, faculty and PTO members are inviting the community to come out and join in the fun at their carnival, their biggest annual fundraiser.
