THE DALLES — Celebrated watercolor artist Elizabeth Zimmerman will bring her expertise to Colonel Wright Elementary School this Fall, kicking off The Dalles Arts Center’s (TDAC) new Artist-in-Residence program. Funded by the Oregon Arts Commission’s Arts Learning Grant, this innovative project brings professional artists directly into the classroom, providing students with hands-on opportunities to dive into creative expression and develop their artistic skills.
