Letter to the Editor: Not so snarky

I was going to write a snarky remark about a recent letter. It was about the writer’s views of the failure of mankind and a vengeful Christian God.

Then I read in the PUD booklet about St. Vincent de Paul doing good in the name of a beneficent God. This article reminded me that many Christians hold out a hand without censure.

It was good reading about that instead of the many raving letters of a couple of fanatics and their interpretations of the Bible.

When I dream of winning the lottery, right after my kids comes donating to St. Vincent’s.
