On the agenda

Hood River City Council meets Monday at 6 p.m. at City Hall. On the agenda are updates by City Manager Steve Wheeler on a transportation and growth management study scope of work, discussions with the Port on parking meter management in the waterfront area, and the plan to raise parking meter hourly rates from 75 cents to $1.

In addition, Council Member Mark Zanmiller placed park discussion on the agenda.

Hood River County School board meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the District Office, 1011 Eugene Street.

Finance Director Saundra Buchanan will give a finance update and Superintendent Dan Goldman will present results of the recent community survey on school bonds.
