Oct. 30 — N.W. WaNaPa Street, Cascade Locks — A Harrah, Wash., resident was arrested for assault IV, furnishing alcohol to a minor, and interference with making a report after an altercation at a hotel. He was lodged at NORCOR.
Controlled substance violations (non-DUII):
Nov. 2 — Frankton Road, 300 block — Male arrested for a probation detainer and warrant. During contact, the deputy located two syringes and one with heroin. The male was charged with the probation detainer and unlawful possession of heroin.
Disorderly conduct, mischief, criminal trespass and vandalism:
Oct. 29 — Hood River — Male arrested for trespassing on the Union Pacific railroad tracks and for unlawfully riding on the train. The suspect was lodged at NORCOR.
Driving under the influence of intoxicants:
Nov. 2 — I-84 at milepost 62 — Male arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving, possession of heroin, possession of a schedule III, possession of a schedule IV, and tampering with drug records. He was lodged at NORCOR.
Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:
Oct. 30 — Arrowhead Drive, 3600 block — Phone report of cold failure to report duties of a driver (property). It is unknown where the damage happened, or exactly when. The reported cost to fix damage is $2,929.74.
Oct. 30 — N.E. Forest Lane, 500 block, Cascade Locks — Male arrested for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
Oct. 31 — Wy’east Road near Summit Drive — Vehicle towed for no insurance and suspended license following a traffic stop.
Nov. 1 — Devon Court, 800 block — County units requested a tow for a vehicle that was blocking traffic.
Outstanding warrants, parole, probation or terms violations:
Nov. 1 — Miller Road, 5500 block — Male arrested for a probation warrant and lodged at NORCOR.
Nov. 1 — S.W. WaNaPa Street, 400 block, Cascade Locks — Male arrested for an outstanding warrant, violating a restraining order, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass II.
Nov. 2 — Cascade Locks — Male arrested on two outstanding arrested warrants issued by Clackamas and Washington County. He was lodged at NORCOR.
Theft, burglary or robbery:
Oct.30 — Highway 35, 1400 block — Generator valued at $4,000 reported stolen sometime in the past three weeks.
Oct. 31 — Dry Creek Road, Cascade Locks — About $2,500 worth of metal was reported stolen.
Oct. 31 — Orchard Road, 1500 block — Male arrested for theft II and lodged at NORCOR.
Nov. 1 — Tucker Road, 1100 block — Vehicle reported stolen. It was found the same day in Carson, Wash.
Sex offenses:
Oct. 29 — WaNaPa Street, 600 block, Cascade Locks — Male arrested for failing to register as a sex offender.
Other:
Oct. 31 — Mitchell Point — Deputy took report of a possibly missing hiker in the Mitchell Point area. He was located uninjured on I-84 at milepost 56.
