(The Center Square) – A federal judge ruled against the administration twice Monday, throwing out its cases against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

U.S. District Judge Cameron Currie, an appointee of former President Bill Clinton, tossed the cases on the grounds that their prosecutor’s appointment was invalid.
