Join Gorge Owned (GO!) for Green Drinks Aug. 19, 5:30-7 p.m. at Mount Hood Gardens, Inc., 1570 Orchard Road, an award winning garden and landscape company, and learn about how they have been beautifying, designing and installing parks and private gardens in the Columbia River Gorge for almost 30 years. Enjoy seasonal and locally sourced food including fried squash blossoms, blackberries and sage, and local king salmon from private chef service Salt Rose Kitchen and carefully crafted, limited production wines from Viento as you tour the nursery and flourishing display gardens. The event will take place outside and will include a plant raffle. Adults only please.
Suggested donation of $5; free for GO! members.
