The Hood River Valley girls water polo team won their third consecutive Oregon Class 5A state championship last weekend at the Juniper Aquatic Center in Bend, Oregon. The Eagles defeated the West Albany Bulldogs, 15-11, to complete the three-peat. The game was a rematch of last year's title game, which Hood River won 13-11.
