THE GORGE — Pre-orders have begun for the Hood River Soil and Water Conservation District annual Native Plant Sale. The sale runs through Thursday, March 20.
“Order early to ensure you get the best selection for your landscaping needs,” said a press release. “We have almost 30 different species of native bareroot conifer trees, deciduous trees and flowering shrubs to pre-order for $3.50.”
On the day of sale, April 4-5, pre-orders will be available for pick up and there will be an expanded selection of more than 30 potted native wildflowers for $4.50. Order online at hoodriverswcd.org/plant-sale. Email cheryl@hoodriverswcd.org or call 541-386-4588 with any plant questions.
The Underwood Conservation District’s (UCD) sale runs for pre-order through Feb 28.
