The Heights Streetscape Plan, a plan to enhance the Heights Business District by creating safe streets for people, calming traffic, and fostering local identity — like at this Taylor and 13th Street, Hood River, intersection —  has completed preliminary engineering for the first projects. The City of Hood River is hosting an open house to review street designs on Friday, April 17 at Working Hands Fermentation, 1021 12th St., Hood River, from 4-7 p.m. Bilingual event.
