“Decoding Raphael’s School of Athens”

WHITE SALMON — The White Salmon Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons invites the public to the first lecture in their “The Enlightenment Series” on March 17, 5:30 p.m. The lecture will be in-person at 146 W. Jewett Boulevard.

In this first meetings, we will unveil the rich history of Raphael’s iconic School of Athens, examine its esteemed placement in the Vatican, and discuss the groundbreaking architectural techniques — such as the use of precise perspective lines — that set the stage for the Renaissance.
