On May 2, Nadine Klebba (pictured above) and Nancy Johanson Paul of Books for Kids Columbia Gorge were invited to May St. Elementary School’s English Language Development Program “Day of the Child” event. Students chose five new books from several tables, receiving a cloth bag for storage. This book distribution is one of several happening now in the schools in the Columbia Gorge.
