‘Knew Me’ at Everybody’s
Indie Folk-Rock Duo “You Knew Me When” is bring their craft-brewed compositions to Everybody’s Brewing on Friday, May 6. After uprooting from their Nashville home and full-time jobs in June of 2012, the husband and wife team set plans to tour the nation for a full year… and never stopped. Since that time they have been playing U.S.A. and into Canada, and recently surpassed their 110th craft brewery performance in 25 states.

History Museum hosts‘Music at the Dawn’ today
Historian Arthur Babitz and musician Ben Bonham form a unique partnership April 27 at the History Museum of Hood River County in “Dead and Alive: Music at the Dawn of Recording,” a presentation by Babitz of old phonographs and recordings, and live interpretations of the songs by Bonham. The event starts at 6:30 p.m., admission $5.
Open Mike Eagle at the Underground Music Station
Open Mike Eagle headlines a show at the Underground Music Station in Hood River on Saturday, May 14. Show starts at 9 p.m., $10 admission. 21and over only. Advance tickets call 541-387-2273. Also on the bill: Sammy Warm Hands, Ogar Burl and Oso Negro. Described as “one of LA’s smartest young voices,” Open Mike Eagle is a stand-out artist from the Rap collective Hellfyre Club, and has even traveled to the nation of Uganda to broaden his musical horizons. — Jim Drake
