A Festival of Trees

Ruby Polehn, 3, claims first up on Santa's lap as her family prepares to have their picture taken during Saturday's Community Day at the 20th annual Festival of Trees at The Dalles Civic Auditorium. The free community day was sponsored by Fred Meyer, and those attending had an opportunity to sit with Santa, admire this year's Christmas trees and drink hot cocoa.
