Nov. 11 — The Dalles Veterans Day Parade, 11 a.m. starting on W. Sixth Street & Webber and ending in front of The Dalles Chamber. Annual parade honors the service and sacrifice of veterans from every branch of the U.S. Armed Forces.

Nov. 11 — Veterans Day Ceremony, 11 a.m. at River of Life Assembly Church, 979 Tucker Road, Hood River. It will include the posting of colors, the national anthem, comments from Post 22 members, several guest comments and readings, and the ringing of the peace bell.
