KLICKITAT & SKAMANIA COS. — The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking public comment on its draft 2026 Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan.

The intent of the state- and federally-required Plan is to identify the special transportation needs of people with disabilities, low income, the young, and the elderly and those in rural locations who cannot provide transportation for themselves. The draft document will be available online on Aug. 31, 2026.
