WASHINGTON, D.C. – Yesterday, Jan. 21, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) delivered a speech on the Senate floor to oppose the deceptively-named Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, a piece of anti-choice legislation that would force families and doctors to prolong the suffering of babies born with a fatal diagnosis.
