The White Salmon Valley School District earned high marks from the Washington State Auditor's Office in a recently released audit that covered a two-year period.

The Auditor's review, which covered the period from Sept. 1, 1999, through Aug. 31, 2001, found that "the district complied with state laws and regulations and its own policies and procedures" in the areas examined.
