On July 14, 2003, the following juvenile pled guilty to felony criminal charges in Klickitat County Superior Court:
A juvenile pled guilty to charges stemming from two separate incidences in the White Salmon area in December 2002. First, he admitted to the charge of residential burglary. He was sentenced to 14 days in detention, 60 hours of community. He also must pay $300 in restitution. He will be under the supervision of the Klickitat County Juvenile Department for 12 months.
The juvenile also pled guilty to malicious harassment and malicious mischief in the first degree. He petitioned the court for a deferred disposition and the motion was granted. The terms of the deferred disposition are that the juvenile be under the supervision of the Klickitat County Juvenile Department for 12 months, that he complete 60 hours of community service, and that he pay full restitution.
If the juvenile successfully completes the terms of his deferred dispositions he may withdraw his guilty plea and the charges will be dismissed. If the deferred disposition is not successfully completed it may be revoked and the juvenile will be brought before the court for sentencing on the original charges.
