Free admission to Heritage Museum

Back by popular request local appraisers will give you a verbal estimate of the value of your treasure and perhaps a little history. This will be on the lower level of the museum from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a donation of $5 per item. Proceeds will go to the society for operating expenses of the museum.

This is the time to bring Grandma's doll or Grandpa's shaving mug. How about that item your favorite great aunt left you and you don't have a clue what it is used for. You might even have a garage sale find you are just dying to see if it was the bargain you thought it was.

In addition, bring the kids and experience "washing clothes in a washtub outside and hanging the clothes to dry on a line." Perhaps you would rather experience "plowing by hand" with a real steel plow.

At 1 p.m., there will be a demonstration of spinning wool. What a great educational experience for the whole family.
