The Friends or the White Salmon Valley Community Library invite the public to enjoy the Native American flute music of the Lewis & Clark era in Along The River: Stories And Songs From The Interior Of North America presented by Gary Stroutsos, at the White Salmon Valley Community Library on Friday, March 17, at 7 p.m.

Along the River is designed to bring to life what Stroutsos has learned about the Northern Plains Indians' perspective on the Lewis and Clark expedition, and features the haunting American Indian flute songs and stories of the Hidatsa, Mandan and Lakota tribes of that era.
