The June 9 and 10, 2007, 5th Annual 13+ (152) Miles of Yard Sales has been expanded to include the communities of Roosevelt, White Salmon, Bingen, and Appleton.
The fifth annual event also takes people to the towns of Goldendale, Lyle, Wishram and Klickitat.
The seller's fee is $5 per address (multiple sellers may set up at one address). The fee includes: seller's address and short list of items found at that address on the town map, one copy of the Maps Program, and one "Official Seller's" sign.
The maps will be sold for $2 to the public.
Many of the participating towns are arranging to have a central location for sellers that want to participate, but do not live in town.
A sellers' participation deadline of April 15 has been established to allow for printing of the maps.
The 2007 Miles of Yard Sales Committee continues the goal of using the 13+ (152) Miles of Yard Sales to draw tourists into Klickitat County, bringing a little economic growth to the people that live here.
The 13+ Miles of Yard Sales committee urges everyone to tell family and friends about the fifth annual event.
