James “Jim” Edmund MacMillan Jr. passed away July 7, 2017. He was born Feb. 16, 1953. A celebration of Jim’s life will be held on Saturday, Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. at Jackson Park, Hood River (new location).
Maxine Carter
Maxine Pearl Carter passed away July 26, 2017, at her home in Hood River, Ore. She was born Feb. 2, 1926, and was 91 at the time of her passing. A service to honor Maxine’s life and mourn her passing is planned for 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 12 at Anderson's Tribute Center, Hood River. Maxine will be laid to rest with her husband and at the Pine Grove Butte Cemetery following her service and reception.
