A few Hood River Valley Swim Team members from White Salmon competed at an Oregon City meet last weekend that marked the end of HRVST’s winter season.
“This pool is 25 meters long. Usually we swim yards in the winter,” noted HRVST Coach Shelly Rawding.
Twelve-year-old Jesse Elliott led the way for the HRVST Osprey, notching victories in all three of his events.
Other White Salmon swimmers taking part in the meet were Tyler and Trevor Collins, Amy Elliott, and Skyla and Willow Hollowell. Their individual results follow.
