Molly Foreaker scored 16 points and South Wasco County led 22-7 at halftime and rode the surge to a 40-19 win over Horizon Christian Friday night in Big Sky Conference girls’ basketball play in Maupin.

This was the Redsides’ first league win of the season and they are now within reach for a district playoff spot.
