The Dalles City
July 31, 1:24 p.m. – Single vehicle, injury crash, West 1st Street near the Rock Fort. Witnesses observed a vehicle veer off the road causing it to roll over. A child and the adult driver were entrapped in the vehicle. They were extricated and taken to the hospital. A report was taken.
July 31, 2:01 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, 1200 block of West 6th Street. Officer assisted with the exchange of information.
Oregon State Police
July 31, 1:43 p.m. – Two vehicle, non-injury crash, West 6th and Pomona streets. One driver was cited for dangerous left turn and a report was taken.
Fire
Mid-Columbia Fire & Rescue
August 2, 8:03 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 2500 block of West 2nd Street on a report of a structure fire. Homeowner advised they observed smoke coming from a wall outlet and had a very strong electrical odor. Nothing was showing from the home upon arrival. The breaker to the wall was shut off and the homeowner was advised to contact an electrician.
August 2, 8:50 p.m. – Personnel responded to the 3200 block of Bret Clodfelter Way on a report of a grass fire. Upon arrival a slow moving grass fire was located. The fire burned a quarter of an acre area and was extinguished.
Personnel also responded to eight calls for emergency medical services on Friday, three on Saturday, seven on Sunday and eight on Monday.

A stolen vehicle report was taken Friday morning from the 600 block of East 9th Street.
Dean Allen Bromley, 24, The Dalles, was arrested Friday evening and is accused of third-degree theft.
Lana Jean Strasburg, 21, Goldendale, Wash., was arrested Friday evening near Highway 197 and Columbia View Drive and is accused of unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of heroin. Colten Lee Braswell, 26, Goldendale, Wash., was also arrested and is accused of unlawful possession of heroin and probation violation.
Joshua Dale Phillips, 41, The Dalles, was arrested Friday evening in the 900 block of Pomona Street and is accused of second-degree criminal trespass and two counts of parole violation.
A criminal mischief report was taken Friday evening from the 900 block of East 2nd Street after a caller reported several vehicles in the parking lot have been keyed.
Israel Salamanca Marquez, 19, The Dalles, was arrested early Saturday morning in the 800 block of East 11th Street and is accused of first-degree criminal trespass.
An informational report was taken Saturday morning from the 2600 block of West 6th Street after a caller reported a customer was denied a firearm purchase. The incident is under investigation.
Police responded to the 2100 block of West 6th Street Saturday morning after an employee reported a male suspect stole some alcohol. Suspect was located and cited and released for third-degree theft.
Neal Ray Lefler, 52, The Dalles, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the 800 block of East 13th Street and is accused of contempt of court.
A hit and run report was taken Saturday afternoon from the 400 block of Cherry Heights Road.
An informational report was taken Saturday evening from the 300 block of West 10th Street after a caller reported he purchased some items from another subject but found out those items did not belong to the seller. The incident is under investigation.
A theft report was taken Saturday evening from the 600 block of West 2nd Street after a victim reported his skateboard was stolen.
A hit and run report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 1700 block of East 10th Street.

Shannon Cheyenne Brown, 39, The Dalles, was arrested Sunday evening in the 1000 block of Irvine Street and is accused of parole violation. Alvin Edward Brown, 60, The Dalles, was also arrested and is accused of contempt of court.
Troy A. Curley, 47, Seatlle, Wash., was arrested early Monday morning during a traffic stop in the 500 block of East 3rd Street and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Police responded to the 300 block of west 6th Street Monday morning after a caller observed a male suspect possibly attempting to break into the home. The home was located, the door was found unlocked but there were no signs of forced entry as the caller described. No subject matching the description was observed in the area.
Daniel Joel Berry, 35, Appleton, Wash., was arrested Monday afternoon during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, exit 84 and is accused of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
A theft report was taken Monday afternoon from the 1200 block of West 6th Street after a victim flagged down the officer and advised his wallet was stolen. The wallet was later located but money was missing.
Ryan Gail Mulvaney, 25, The Dalles, was arrested Monday afternoon in the 2100 block of West 7th Street and is accused of probation violation and unlawful possession of heroin.
Police responded to the 2600 block of West 6th Street Monday evening after staff reported a customer was denied the purchase of a weapon. An informational report was taken.
A hit and run report was taken Monday evening from the 1200 block of West 6th Street.
Police responded to the 500 block of Mt. Hood Street Monday evening after an employee reported that a truck pulled into the station and was spilling blue paint all over the ground and the roadway. An informational report was taken.
A runaway report was taken Monday evening from the 3400 block of West 8th Street.
A first-degree burglary report was taken Monday evening from the 2800 block of West 7th Street.
Police contacted three juvenile subjects early Tuesday morning at the Skatepark. All three were cited for curfew violation and into the care of a parent of one of the subjects.
Harry Max Bullock, 42, The Dalles, was arrested early Tuesday morning in the 700 block of Union Street and is accused of probation violation, resisting arrest, and unlawful possession of oxycodone.
Wasco County
Deputy responded to the 4100 block of Chenowith Road early Saturday morning after a caller reported a subject was throwing rocks at trailers. Three juveniles were located. One was arrested and is accused of second-degree criminal mischief. Another was cited for second-degree criminal mischief and minor in possession of alcohol and released to a parent. A report was taken.
A criminal mischief report was taken Sunday afternoon from the 5900 block of Cherry Heights Road after a victim reported a window to his vehicle was shot out.
Deputy responded to the 4400 block of Highway 3- Sunday evening after a caller reported her juvenile son hit a window in the home breaking it and cutting his wrist. No charges were pursued and medics treated the subject.
Justin Tyme Lane, 34, Dufur, was arrested Monday morning in Dufur and is accused of parole violation.
A restraining order violation report was taken Monday afternoon from the 5300 block of Mill Creek Road.
A dog bite report was taken Monday evening in Mosier after a victim reported he was bit by a dog while riding his bike.
Daniel Cameron Williams, 39, Bernalillo, New Mexico, was arrested early Tuesday morning on Forest Service Road 4300 and is accused of first-degree criminal mistreatment.
Oregon State Police
A male driver was cited and released for throwing burning material from a vehicle early Saturday morning during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 westbound, milepost 99.
Edward Toby Ruiz, 39, Rufus, was arrested early Saturday morning during a traffic stop in the 2600 block of East 2nd Street on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear.
Kimberly Ann Minor, 39, Goldendale, Wash., was arrested Saturday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 89 and is accused of second-degree theft.
Erik Christian Gonterman, 47, Woodburn, was arrested Sunday evening during a traffic stop on Interstate 84 eastbound, milepost 104 and is accused of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear and driving while suspended.
Michael Charles Clancy, 33, Graham, Wash., was arrested Monday evening during a traffic stop on I 84 eastbound, milepost 97 and is accused of violation of a restraining order.
