Fifty-two people gathered for Monday’s town hall meeting to learn how establishing an Enterprise Zone in The Dalles has helped with job creation. “It’s a unique tool in terms of giving direct benefits to businesses,” said Arthur Fish, business incentives coordinator for Business Oregon, which oversees the zones.
