Amy of White Salmon acted as a mime during the evening entertainment, and never broke her silence during White Salmon’s annual Halloween celebration. The evening included trick-or-treating downtown, a costume parade, a “castle of curiosities” inside the White Salmon Masonic Lodge, a Trunk of Treat event at the Mt. Adam’s Elks Lodge, and a Festival of Light in the Bubba’s Brew parking lot.
