A free Read and Grow workshop presented by OSU Hood River County Extension Service Central Gorge Master Gardeners will be held Saturday, May 16 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hood River County Library, 502 State St., Hood River. Part of the Garden Gathering workshop series, Read and Grow will connect children’s books with real-life planting and ecology while giving hands-on experiences for all ages.
