Driving under the influence of intoxicants:
March 2 — Hood River — Boring, Ore., resident arrested and lodged at NORCOR on the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to carry and present a license. BAC was three times over legal limit.
March 7 — I-84 at exit 64 — Female arrested for driving under the influence of intoxicants. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Identity theft or bank/credit card fraud:
March 4 — E. Marina Drive, 1000 block — Fraudulent use of a credit card reported.
March 4 — Cascade Avenue, 2100 block — Credit card fraud reported.
March 4 — 12th Street, 1600 block — Male using fraudulent credit cards to purchase gift cards reported.
Motor vehicle crashes, offenses and impounds:
March 2 — E. Marina Drive, 1100 block — Hit and run reported.
March 4 — First and Oak streets — Driver reported hit and run damage to her vehicle after striking a city garbage can.
March 5 — Cascade Avenue, 2600 block — Damaged property located at a fast food restaurant. The damage was caused by a vehicle, which left the scene without notice.
March 8 — Hood River — Hit and run reported.

March 4 — Hood River — Transient male arrested on a warrant.
March 8 — Old Columbia River Drive, 2600 block — Klickitat, Wash., resident arrested on an outstanding Hood River Municipal Court warrant and lodged at NORCOR.
March 8 — Hood River — Washington resident arrested on an outstanding warrant and additionally cited for possession of less than one ounce of marijuana.

March 2 — Wasco Avenue, 2700 block — Shoplifting reported; a Hood River male was issued a citation for theft III.
March 4 — Ninth Court, 1500 block — Burglary reported.
March 5 — 22nd Street, 1700 block — Stolen medication reported.
March 6 — Rand Road, 600 block — Female reported unlawful entry into her vehicle with items stolen. There were several other vehicles in the area showing signs of entry.
