(The Center Square) - The U.S. House Oversight Committee is investigating drug enforcement practices that allowed fentanyl to be sold throughout communities in the country.

Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., sent a letter to Attorney General Todd Blanche on Monday highlighting the issue and requesting documents associated with the enforcement practice.
