(The Center Square) – In 2025, Coloradans spent upwards of $1 billion on legal marijuana. That generated almost $200 million in tax and fee revenue for the state, according to monthly data published by the Colorado Department of Revenue.

By the end of the year, the department anticipates Colorado will surpass $1 billion in tax and fee revenue on marijuana sales.
