     Dry January begs for sophistication this year. Skip the sugary sodas and craft a mocktail that fits your vibe. Grab a bottle of Dromme Calm if you’re looking for a post-mountain wind down, or fancify your holiday party with Wilderton’s locally made Citrus Apertivo. Dromme Calm Spiced Apple Mocktail

   1 apple, sliced

   200 ml Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar

   1 Cup (8 ounces) Dromme Calm Zero Proof Spirits

   6 Cups (48 ounces) seltzer/sparkling water

Instructions:

          Combine apple slices and balsamic vinegar in a mason jar or other sealed container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, and up to several days ahead.

          Fill a serving container with a handful of ice, the apple/vinegar mixture, and Dromme Calm Zero Proof spirits. Top with seltzer and serve.

Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo

   2 ounces Wilderton Citrus Aperitivo

   3 ounces sparkling water

   Orange slice for garnish

   2 Bourbon Cocktail Cherries for garnish

   Large ice cube

Instructions:

Pour citrus aperitivo over a large ice cube in a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling water and add an orange slice and bourbon cocktail cherry for garnish.
